Security

Upon arrival, inform the security guard that you will be staying at the property of M. Thoma, Edificio Mar, F - PH2. They may ask for your name and length of stay.

Mar is the first building on the right, after passing the security booth.

F is the last staircase, closest to the courts.

Parking

Park in the designated spot labeled PH2, nearest stairway F walkway.

Any additional vehicles can be parked in the unmarked spaces nearby.

Unit PH2 is 3 floors up, on the left side.

Keyless Entry

The code will be provided to you the day before your arrival. The door locks automatically, after 5 seconds, so be sure to share with everyone in your party.

Transportation

Although close to plenty of attractions, it is highly recommended that you rent a vehicle to explore the island.

Uber

Uber is primarily available in the metro areas, like San Juan.

It is a great option if you’re coming from the airport or a night out on the town and are looking to get dropped off at Casa Tuya.

However, it can’t always be depended on for pickup as nearby drivers are limited.

Taxi

Taxis are a great option when scheduled in advance. Ali is a very reputable driver that we trust.
