We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.

If you’d like to request a late check-out or early check-in, please contact us through any of the contact details provided at the end of this manual. However, please be informed that we may not be able to grant your request if we have a same-day check-in/out.
PLEASE turn off the A/C in the bedrooms EVERY time that you leave.
Please respect our neighbors and be mindful of late night noise.
Please take care of the furnishings. You will be charged for damages.
Please cover the Terrace TV when not in use.
Please cover the adjustable weights when not in use.

A/C
As mentioned in the listing, A/C’s are only available in each of the bedrooms. On the top left of the unit, you’ll find the power & control settings. Please turn the units off each time you leave the bedroom & when you check-out. To ensure a more comfortable stay in the living and kitchen areas, we recommend opening the balcony & front doors when you’re home to allow for a draft. Please keep the main gate closed at all times.
Plants
trash
bose speakers
Trash can be dropped at the dumpster in front of the security guard booth on your way out. If it’s locked or full, there is another one further up the hill, towards the left corner of the complex.
Our plants are a big part of Casa Tuya. Given that our gardener won’t be able to tend to our plants during your stay, we kindly ask that you show them some love and water when able!
The living room TV is already connected to the soundbar, speaker behind the couch & speaker in the kitchen. The sound bar should automatically connect. To turn the others on, hold the play/pause button on top.
Fire extinguisher
The main fire extinguisher is on the laundry room shelf. There is a 2nd under the kitchen sink.
first aid kit
There is a First Aid Kit under the kitchen counter, near the balcony window.
circuit breaker
The panel is located behind the full length mirror in the hallway.
golf clubs
Clubs are located in the closet of Bedroom #3. Please return as you found them.
tennis courts
If the courts are locked, ask the security guard to unlock for you.
inflatables
All floats are in the entryway closet. The pump is in the green storage locker right outside the front door. To quickly deflate, you can use the utility vacuum/blower in the laundry room, on the top shelf.
Funboy Cabana Float - If you plan to use this, just know that it is HUGE and will likely require some teamwork! It is in the white mesh bag in the closet.
Stand Up Paddle Board - The paddle board and paddle are in the light blue bag that resembles a backpack.
Couch Inflatables - These are located in the green storage locker (1 orange and 2 red). Run with the wind to inflate.
Please return as you found them and inform us of any damages to be replaced! Thank you!
Fire Pit
Push the ignitor and then turn the intensity knob. The flame should start. If it doesn’t self ignite, repeat the process and use a lighter above the fire grate as a booster.
Cameras
There is a security camera at the entrance to monitor when guests arrive. It does not record otherwise. There is also a motion detector in the kitchen. It is there for the purpose of our alarm system alone. It does not record audio or video.
PRE-APPROVED PETS
We welcome your furry friends with pre-approval. However, we do ask that you respect these guidelines so that we can continue offering this amenity to others.
ABSOLUTELY NO USING THE BATHROOM ON THE TERRACE!
Please take them downstairs, pick up, & properly dispose of their waste in the trash can.
